This Ten acres has a fence, well and at one time grew Pistachio trees. Some of them can be saved in my opinion as the pistachio tree can be dormant for years. A Pistachio Grove is nearby that's still in business. There is a dry lake over one acre grandfathered in as there are no more permits for lakes given out by the water agency. Jobs are thirty minuet's away in Barstow or one hour to Military Base, Apple Valley, Victorville and Hesperia.
