This site is over 4,000 square feet with the back of the site overlooking a large greenbelt area that is very peaceful and private. When entering this site you will notice the 3 separate areas covered by gazebo’s. Each area has side walls and screens. It has a very homey feel with the front area, kitchen area, dining area and outdoor area. The first area could be used as an office or anything you could image. The second area is the kitchen which includes a washer & dryer, refrigerator, large sink, dishwasher, and plenty of storage. The third area is the dining area with beautiful wood furniture. At the back is a very large sectional furniture unit for enjoying those warm nights. The entire site is surrounded by a small black fence that is perfect to keep your pets on the site and protected but still allow them to be outside. In one direction is a laundry room, bathhouse, pool and jacuzzi. In the other direction is another pool (lap pool), jacuzzi, restrooms and the large clubhouse.
