Great location! Only about a 40 minute drive to Yosemite. This parcel is on the edge of the historic town of Mariposa, but far enough away to have the privacy and quiet of a place in the country. Close to the quaint shops of Mariposa, and even close to the hospital and clinic! What more could you want? This parcel was burned in a fire, but most of the trees survived and are now green with new growth. The driveway is in place and there is a graded area where the owners had a travel trailer. The owners say there is a spring on the property and a seasonal creek. Old photos show small pools of water at the stream, and a pipe with running water, which might be the spring.
