This is a cabin on Government Land, You only own the cabin, not the land. Use is by permit , the permit fee is approx 1700 a year. It will be up in 2028, Than a new lease will be issued. There are 3 rules, you cant live there full time, you must have another full time residence, Cant use them as rentals of any kind, and cash offers only, ( you cant get loans on them. ) There are 4 costs a year, Water, based on use, most are approx $500, Taxes, permit, insurance. There are no monthly costs. Mt Laguna is a wonderful community of great people. We have all 4 seasons. We have lots of animals and birds. This cabin has a full covered front porch. There will be a $15000 credit given to the buyer for new leach lines. The septic is good but the lines need to be replaced. Seller is also the owner.
