This is Paradise for the 55 and older community. A Beautiful .15 ac lot waiting for someone that is looking for a peaceful setting to enjoy retirement. When taking pictures, I saw large deer prints in the dirt. Mother nature is great here. I took most pictures near sunset, so forgive some darkness and see the beauty here. This parcel backs up to an open green area that gives a large buffer between you and others down the slope. This retirement community has a club house that you can use for private get togethers, or join other neighbors for meetings, games and more. There is also a pool next to the clubhouse.
