Salminas Meadow is a magical 50 acre pasture at the end of a box canyon. The headwaters of Cole Creek begin in a spring that gushes from a mountain at the SE corner of the property. The creek then runs north past some impressive old growth timber then through the center of the pasture on its way to Clear Lake. The Salmina family has owned this farm for generations, this is the first time it has ever been available for sale. Two small, rustic, farm homes come with it, as well as some romantic old barns built early in the 20th century. Water is supplied from a spring box developed decades ago along with a domestic well.
