Attention all buyers. First time on the market!!! This home is need of multiple repairs. This home is 40 years old, 4 bedrooms are upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), there is a potential to convert downstairs area into additional bedroom (closet is there).
